JCB No. 44 Premier Cru Champagne 2013 – Champagne, France
Crafted by the visionary house of JCB (Jean-Charles Boisset), this 2013 vintage blends approximately 53% Pinot Noir and 47% Chardonnay.  A golden-hued pour with a fine, persistent mousse, it opens with aromas of almond, dried white fruit and brioche, balanced by refreshing citrus and a long mineral-driven finish. 

Ideal as a refined aperitif, or paired with buttery seafood, light mushroom risotto or fine aged cheeses.
