TOR “Chasing Windmills” Red Blend 2019 – Fulldraw Vineyard, Paso Robles, California

From acclaimed winemaker Tor Kenward, this small-production red celebrates the spirit of adventure and artistry that defines the TOR portfolio. Sourced from the high-elevation Fulldraw Vineyard in the Willow Creek District, the wine combines Grenache, Syrah, and Mourvèdre, grown in limestone-rich soils under the warm Paso sun.

Aged 18 months in French oak, it opens with aromas of ripe raspberry, plum, and baking spice, evolving into layers of lavender, cocoa, and savory herbs. The palate is plush and polished, with fine tannins and a long, seamless finish that lingers with notes of dark fruit and spice.
